These Terms & Conditions govern your use of https://playgrounddropout.com and your participation in experiences at Playground Dropout, 2 Sedgwick St, Pittsburgh, PA 15209. By booking or participating, you agree to these terms.

Bookings & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your experience. The remaining balance is due at the time of the event. We accept major credit cards, and cash is accepted on site. Walk-ins are welcome when space is available.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may cancel a booking at least two weeks in advance. Within two weeks of your reservation, we will work with you to reschedule. Cancellations within 48 hours of the reservation forfeit the deposit.

Ages, Safety & Waivers

• Axe Throwing: ages 13 and up, with an adult present.
• Ice Curling: ages 10 and up, with an adult present.
• Game Show: fun for all ages; we recommend children be 7 or older.

All participants (or their parent/guardian for minors) must sign a liability waiver before participating. Follow all posted rules and staff instructions at all times. We reserve the right to refuse or stop participation for safety reasons.

Conduct

We're here for good times, not bad behavior. Guests who are disruptive, unsafe, or intoxicated to the point of risk may be removed without refund. Please drink responsibly — alcohol service follows Pennsylvania law and is limited to guests 21+ with valid ID.

Food & Drink

We offer a full-service bar and catering options, and partner with local vendors for delivery. Outside food is permitted; outside alcohol is not.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are redeemable toward experiences, food, and drinks, are non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, artwork, the "Droppy" mascot, text, and images — is owned by Playground Dropout and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Participation in our activities involves inherent risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Playground Dropout is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
